Hi Everyone
My name is Trish Oschmann and I am interested in PACS. I find the technology fascinating.
I am independent and blog contributions going forward are to be viewed as educational in nature and without promise of content controls.
I understand the latest blogging decision which found contributors to the blog to be without claim to any financial benefit or IP claims. Along that same thought I wonder if it holds true that since the blog owners usually retains right to edit or remove posts, so too the blog owner accepts responsibility for any outcomes from discussions.

Hi Trish, you're bringing up some really great points.  From our end, we want all members to know that we're here to facilitate healthy discussion.  The whole basis for the network is really for Siemens Healthcare users to be able to share easily what is and isn't working for them.  We all know that a hospital in Kentucky is going to have the same issues as one in California--those are the connections we're trying to facilitate.

So that being said, we always welcome healthy discussion but want to be clear that we want to ensure that it's conducted responsibly.  If anyone has further questions, feel free to comment!
